No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
so I didn't avoid the weigh in this morning. I stepped on the scales to discover that I'm not right back where I started but I'm not where I wanted to be (obviously)... HAHA
So the plan for today is loads of water, go for a walk, do some weeding/ gardening....

current weight; 103,4
