Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

so I didn't avoid the weigh in this morning. I stepped on the scales to discover that I'm not right back where I started but I'm not where I wanted to be (obviously)... HAHA

 

So the plan for today is loads of water, go for a walk, do some weeding/ gardening....

 

starting weight: 104,4

current weight; 103,4

 

Have a nice day or sleep well (most fo you are probably asleep when I'm up and about.. ) :)

Doesn't matter--we retool and resculpt our goals.  Don't think about where you WANTED to be.  Think about where you want to be from now. :)  You can do it! :)
