I'm starting another challenge!

Yep. I am starting another challenge. I started Brazil Butt Lift today. It is a 60 day program. So it is a 60 day challenge to complete it and I plan to complete it. Today's DVD was tough. Bum Bum it is called and trust me I feel it in my butt and thighs big time. Today I went shopping and bought all kinds of veggies for salads this week. I've got my meal plan all mapped out.  I am going to lose weight by the end of 60 day challenge. No room for failure. I figured perhaps I was eating too much so I am really going to calorie count this week. Some of you train for races. I am training to eat better so I lose weight. I am going back to weighing in once a week. I think it is what works best for me. Happy Easter everyone.

I love the name!  BBL!  I am a firm believer in exercise.... BUT- I have proven to myself that it really is about the calories.  After going through this year with injury and surgery- I was able to keep my weight mostly off due to focusing only on calories in.  What has happened without my strength training is how "tone" I look.  So for overall happiness I know I need both in my life- however- I know I can lose weight if I focus on my calories.  It sounds like you are ready and motivated to have a great week!  I can't wait to hear how sore your bum is today!!! :)

What's that BBL?  Is it like Buns of Steel?

Let me know if it works--once upon a time, I used to do sooooo many butt dvds and tons of squats and other butt builders and mine is still flat as a board.  Never worked for me-I think heredity won out.

Keep us updated!  You have a great plan for the next two months.  Sixty days is a longer time span than the last challenge--hopefully you'll see some great results.  What better results can there be than working out consistently for 60 days and calorie counting for that long?  Hope you have a great day!

WOW! 60 days! That sounds tough but I know you can do it! I'm looking forward to hearing about it. It's so impressive.

I find that I just don't do well if I don't meticulously count calories. I've been eyeballing it the past few months - tracking some days and not others. I'm also thinking - gasp - of buying a new scale and start weighing myself regularly.
