Seriously. I love food. and its my downfall.
Breakfast(one serving size of everything)
special k fruit and yogurt w/ 1/2 cup skim milk
(2servings) White grape juice
banana & whole wheat toast
Lean beef tacos with cheese and salsa toppings.
water, one apple and one banana with peanut butter
then went and moved around in the pool for about hour and a half.
45 jumping jacks, 60 crunches, and 5 squats
veggie burgers, baked potato, and something else.
100% honestly what i have eaten today.
Edit: After dinner, I had a sweet tooth, So i had a twix bar. Then I got hungry and gave into my macoroni and cheese craving so i had a bowl of that. bad bad bad.
Am I skinny yet?!?!
