No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I finally took my own advice! While I sat and ate my breakfast I Planned out my entire day, using Spark People! I stuck to plan & it felt really good! I have a meeting this morning so I wasn't sure if I'd find the time to do it again & post here but I managed it!
