No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I am working day shift for three days this week. So yesterday I decided after I got off work to get my workout in! I havent worked out in idk how long Id have to scroll back in my dang blogs to even know! Anyway I worked out to my 30 minutes of kickboxing I also did another ten minute bonus section of kickboxing...all while holding those light 2 lbs weights.
After that I decided Id start doing my 5 lb free weights...Ive been needing to include weights in my routine so I might as well just start them now! My arms are a big issue..they are huge and I hateee it! GRRR Today I woke up...SORE! lol My thighs and rear hurt. Im not even going to get started on how my arms and ARMPITS are killin!!! lol Damn weight. Im going to work out soon tonight. I am NOT lifting Ill do that again tomorrow. Ill get my kickboxing in and maybe do some ab work after.
I am glad I started up again..I know Ive said this before but it is so effing strange how it only takes a few days to get off course...but it also takes only a few days to get RIGHT Back on track. I am getting back on track and I am happy. I cant wait to drop another 20 lbs...there is my mini goal. Id like that gone by Dec. 1st.
Just updating...I worked out to 40 minutes of kickboxing tonight..had baked chicken breast and a serving of pasta for dinner...which is very SMALL. BAH! lol
