No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I have another good week under my belt! Good eating, good exercising and feeling spiritually full. Taking this in small weekly blocks is working and Jill and everyone else is inspiring me too. Angie reminds me to exercise. If she can to as much as she can what is my excuse? Brandy is always there with an inspiring note. Dee is joining the race to next week. Now if I can get on the scale tomorrow and see a loss it would really be the icing on the cake.
