No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
So here are my workouts for the day
I worked out to 40 minutes of kickboxing this afternoon
Followed that up with 30 minutes of weights
Then I did 15 minutes of ab work and thighs on the floor
Ended it with an hour treadmill workout that was hard. Kept the incline up to 6 for 45 minutes. :)
Posted that shiz on my fb I have to admit I love the comments. I feel like a Badass tonight.
