No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

 So here are my workouts for the day

 

I worked out to 40 minutes of kickboxing this afternoon

Followed that up with 30 minutes of weights

Then I did 15 minutes of ab work and thighs on the floor

Ended it with an hour treadmill workout that was hard. Kept the incline up to 6 for 45 minutes. :)

 Posted that shiz on my fb I have to admit I love the comments. I feel like a Badass tonight.

WOW!~  What a workout!  I am tired reading it!  I thought my day of Legs, Bums, and Tums followed by Body Balance was badass!  :)

Kickboxing sounds a little like the sparring I did the other night.  FUN!

Dayum, girl! I almost had to get a calculator to figure out how many minutes.....uh, hello, excuse me, HOURS....of exercise that is! More than 2! You must have had tons of energy. I can only do those 2 hour workouts every once in a great while.
