No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
that's exaactly what it is today. it's around 32 degrees cesius.
way too hot for me.
I was sitting in my office tying away and everything was fine. there is no aircon but it's just the perfect temperature for me. not too cold but not too hot.
I went home, rocked one round of ramp it up straight through. I was sweating, dripping I tell ya!:D felt good.
I had some dinner which was a tomato mozzarella salad and one joghurt. I got dressed to go to doggy school with the pup and when I turned up no one was there. it was 8pm, the sun still up and still so hot. so I did some exercises with ares all by myself and I was feeling soooo hot. so did the poor dog. after that I never got a change to cool myself down. I went home took off all my clothes (except knickers and bra) and just dropped myself on the couch not wanting to move anymore.
When hubs got home when went for a quick visit to a friends place for his birthday and I was just soo hot.
during the day I was fine but after the workout and taking a shower then having to go out again and move around, blergh!
so today.... well, we'll see.
as far as my weight's going. I weighed myself on tuesday morning : 103.5 kgs and today I stepped onto the scales with this result : 102.8 kgs. so far so good.
I have to find my official weigh in day again. I think I'm gonna make it monday.
I'll keep you posted on how the weekend goes. always crucial to have a good weekend with good choices. I've made the experience that when I have a bad weekend (loads of bad choices) I keep on making bad choices during the next week. BUT NOT THIS TIME!!!! I'm gonna kick butt this weekend!
