No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I did great for a week straight. Then we went to a party and I could not stop eating. I ate and drank and completely negated every good thing i did for a week. I can never go longer than a week without totaly pigging out. I not only overate at the party on the 3rd, it contined on the 4th, and 5th. The only way I am not completely obese and out of control is that I exercise A LOT!!!! But when I overeat then I don't want to exercise or even leave the house. The gym was closed on the 4th so I couldn't go but on the 5th I did go but came home and totally pigged out again. Today, Friday I am getting back on track but other things prevented me from going to the gym. Right now I feel like i could and want to start eating eveyithing in sight. But I am trying hard not to.
