No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I've made it to day 6 of my healthy eating! I've snacked on a few too many sunchips but no fast food, no soda, and no junk food per se... I've exercised every day except yesterday because I was SO sore, but I think a day break a week is alright. Today's healthy food:
All organic btw...
Breakfast: Kashi cereal with skim low fat vanilla milk
Missed my morning snack because I was out and about!
Lunch: tuna (little bit of lowfat mayo&relish) on kashi 7-grain crackers and salad with just a tad of low fat ceasar dressing
I'm going to work soon so,
Planned snack: nectarine & apple slices
Dinner: Turkey on wheat with a handful of the low fat crackers similar to cheez-its
(Workout after work)
Protein shake afterwards!
So far have dropped 3lbs...which could be water weight fluctuation due to that time of month but whatever, I'm taking it as success!!!
P.S. At the beginning of my journey a year ago I weighed 185, lost 45 lbs and was 140...gained 20lbs of it back so this las week I started at 160, currently at 157 :)
