No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
We had a health screening at work today. Everything looked good.
I had been too scared to step on the scale for months but I finally did and it came to 136.6 lbs. My BMI was 25 which is just at the borderline between normal and overweight. I think my next goal is to go down to 130 lbs.
I have been trying to cook more. I want to make kale chips! It doesn't look too hard. I've also bought a pound of spinach and lettuce, all washed and dried, so I can just reach in for those hungry moments. My mom has been here with me so I haven't had a chance to workout. I also have not run for 2 weeks!
I have signed up for a 5k in Dec (imagine how cold that will be in NYC!) but I am excited about it. There is no pressure... its more a of a fun run. I am aiming to do my next half marathon in Jan... in freezing temps haha.
I have a personal training session tomorrow. I might go do a nice long run either on weds or thurs. And hopefully get some running in this weekend!
