No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I can't believe how quickly time flies! Well I'm back to tracking my food with my fitness pal and I have already lost 2 pounds :) Sure it's not much but it's just the motivation that I need to move forward. I'm feeling much better than I have felt in a long time and taking this opportunity to get my habits in order and move toward getting my weight back to a healthy place. I have to run now, work awaits! But I will be back soon! So glad to see some of my log time friends still posting and welcome to the new posters! My last few check ins it was pretty quiet around here. I look forward to catching up with everyone! Here's to 2017! xoxo
