No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Hey girls. Just logging in to say I have been working out daily and I feel much better :) It's nice to be able to be floating around in the 180's. I don't know why, but I feel comfortable this size...even though honestly I still have about 38 lbs to go before I am down to my GOAL. I am beginning to wonder if maybe that is my issue...I'm comfortable now. Anyone have any suggestions for me? I wonder if that is what blocked me for 3 weeks...just feeling comfy. I cant be in this comfort zone I dont want to be here.. I want to look hot in all of my Pinterest closet clothes! ahaha All of you fellow pinners should understand that! <3 Just random thoughts at 330 in the morning... :)
I think if you maintain where you are, once you get your mojo back, you can jump on that.
Or....maybe you could go for a pound a month--no big changes and it would come off easily-and then in a few years, you would be at your goal with hardly any effort. :)
Comment by Sandee on September 12, 2012 at 9:52am I'm having this same issue. I'm 13 lbs from official goal, probably 20 from where I set my personal goal, but I actually feel ok with where I am now. Guess I'll just keep on trucking and see what happens!
Could it be much needed rest? I mean you were hitting it super hard. You make me doing insanity look like a cake walk compared to how you worked out! Maybe you just need to find a balance. That is what I am trying to do.

That is where I've been for about a year now - hovering in the low to mid 180's. I go through days and weeks where I'm really mad at myself for not losing the rest of the weight. But mostly I'm pretty proud of maintaining this weight for a whole freaking year. Try to just focus on how far you have come. Sometimes I just have to do the 'Well, what the hell would you rather have, 220 or 180? The answer is easy, of course, and I know it doesn't really that lingering 'when am I gonna get out of the 180s' feeling but I know you. You'll get there. It may just take longer than you wanted or expected. Hey, we have another year almost now - we're fixin' to go into winter! lol !
Comment by Almost There on September 17, 2012 at 10:07am I know you work out super hard--maybe see what working out moderately does. Maybe try changing up your food menu for a couple of weeks. Really hit the veggies and water for a bit. The nice thing about being in a comfortable spot is that it is a great place to try new things and see how they affect you. You know exactly what doing the same thing will get you right now--the same thing, right! You go girl!
