No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Ok.... so I am half way between down on myself and seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I have not lost or gained since my last weigh in. I have good days and bad days. Good meals and bad meals. Days when I exercise and days when I am a sloth. One of the things that is going to help me tremendously is Molly starting school. Since the move we have been together pretty much 24/7. That is 3 months of no routine and 3 months of trying to balance being Molly's mom and friend. 3 months of trying to learn a new way of life with a 12 year old that is also trying to learn a new way of life. All in all I think I handled it well- despite the 12 pound gain. Molly will be starting school on Sept 3rd or 4th. That is when I will have the time to set my own routines. I have already looked at what my week will look like and it will include 4 days of exercise and 1 day for Weight Watchers. The rest I will build around that.
I have not been back to this blog with 100% gusto- but that is going to change as well. I think being on a different time zone makes me feel left out. :(
I need and love you guys!
I know it's hard to try to be everything to them!
What would motivate you to get on/stay on track now? :)
We miss you too Jill. I know your support has been so helpful. I really need it now that I too have gained weight. I have been doing really good this week, but I haven't dropped a pound yet. :( But I am not giving up.
Comment by Lynette S on August 23, 2012 at 10:23pm I totally understand, since we moved also. I can not wait for school to start next week, me and The Kid have been through the same thing. Once school starts you will be able to get more of a routine down, and work towards those 12 pounds. You can do it, we miss you too!
