No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Did not work out all week since I had to study for an exam so I busted my ass and went out and ran 9.8 miles today (15.7k). It felt amazing!
Today I am going out to celebrate Halloween. :)
breakfast: a bit of egg whites and veg, leftover rice
lunch/dinner (Ate at 3:30pm): turkey, chocolate, rice crackers, vegetables. Oops I think I ate too much!
Late night: some cheese and alcohol
