No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
In addition to my daily lemon water habit, I also drink at least one green smoothie a day. At first, it was a very strong taste to get down. Now I look forward to it everyday. Somewhere I read that the fruit and veggie daily intake requirement has been increased to 10! Drinking my smoothie / juice at least gets me halfway to my daily goal. It also has a weird side effect; I am constantly peeing!!! Maybe drinking such a high concentration of veggies acts like a diuretic; who knows.
Here are some of the recipes I use. I might start venturing off the path and making my own experiments but it has only been a week or so...baby steps, baby steps...
