No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Had a really good day yesterday. Kept within my points even had 6 pts leftover at the end of the day and I wasn't hungry. I did an hr walk plus I did an hr Zumba class, so I was feeling really good about my day and myself.
I know when I put my mind to it I can stick to it. Sure I was tempted by the chocolate bars at Walmart last night but I realized that I didn't need it so I had a banana instead.
There are so many challenges and obstacles in this weight loss journey but each one of them can be overcome by will power and determination. I am determined to reach my goal weight. I will no longer be that fat person. I know I will stumble and have bad days but I'm determined that one bad day doesn't turn into a bad week or even a bad month. Each new day is my cue to start fresh and that's what I intend to do.
Thought for today: Make today WONDERFUL!!! Its all up to YOU!!!
