No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I finally had a good eating day yesterday (only 1 day) but it's the first in a while. Last night I got my shopping done so I can plan meals for the week too.
Goals for week of 10/21-10/27 -
Track everything I eat on MFP - good or bad
Get my 10,000 steps in more than only 1 day this week
Walk minimum of 3 days (I have a 10k next Sunday that I signed up for so 4 days counting that).
I think writing my goals down will help!
