No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Today is the day before teachers have to be back at the school to work. It is a week before school starts. I can hardly believe it. I had grand plans for the summer, but between breaking my arm and moving into a new house, I had far less time than I ever imagined. Also, due to my broken arm, I was not able to make my goal of running a full 5k. I was so close before I broke my arm, too! But I can get back to running as soon as my surgeon clears me. :)
Hubby and I got up, went to eat breakfast, then began working in my classroom. We got all the furniture moved into place. By the time we left this afternoon, hubby said my room now looks like a classroom instead of a storage area. :) Then I had PT. Still working on range of motion and building strength. I am up to two pounds on a few exercises! Slow progress, but hey it's progress.
Here's the meal plan today:
B: 1 blueberry pancake with 2 tbsp syrup
L: 3/4 of my plate at a Mexican restaurant (1 taco, rice, and beans); diet Coke
Snack: After PT, I came home and mindlessly snacked on 4 choc. chip cookies. It was dumb, and I was hungry but I had fruit to snack on and for some reason I did not fight the temptation of the chocolate. Next time I will plan better and have better self-control. Next time I WILL be in control!
D: BBQ chicken w/homemade spinach & macaroni salad (I am using the Fresh 20 for my dinner meal plans and I am LOVING it. The food is substantial but healthy and all from FRESH ingredients.)
