No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
It is getting better. I am still kind of in the dumps, but it is Friday and that means no work for 2 days!! I started the next phase of resistance training. OMG it certainly a step up that is for sure. I am sore. But that means it is working right? I am still working on overcoming my sugar addiction. It is so tough. I just don't think I want to give it up completely. I am not as crazy with it but .... I am kind of beat tonight. It was a long week at work. I hope everyone has a great Friday.

Maybe it's the idea of "NO SUGAR! EVER!" that makes overcoming the addiction so tough. Would it be easier to start avoiding stuff with extra added sugar and going from there? I have the feeling I'm going to have to give up wheat/gluten soon and probably should now. Frankly, I don't WANT to. I love a good bread! Gluten free stuff is okay, but it's just not the same.
You're doing great! I can't even hang with an exercise DVD for more than a few days and here you are, burning them up!

About the sugar addiction, giving it up completely just doesn't seem realistic. I guess it will be an ongoing struggle but you are aware of it and I think that's half the battle. I'm the same with alcohol.
