Good day so far! Breakfast was a small bowl of oatmeal and a container of activia greek (yum) lunch was a cup of fat free cottage cheese and two cups of frozen fruit thawed out, a banana and a clementine. Good for me! Heres where it turned a bit...when I got home from school I was trying to restrain myself, but I caved. I had two pieces of bread (35 cals each) with some laughing cow cheese which is only 105 calories but I was still sooooo hungry!!!! So I had normal sized oatmeal too. I still had calories left for dinner (1200 a day total) then I went to my voice lesson and had a horrible headache and even an hour after I had my huge "snack" I was starving again! So I had some french bread with a teaspoon or so of "can't believe its not butter light" and I haven't even had dinner yet an now im out of calories. I can go on my bike at home and I should use it more often now since I cant drive but I think whats increasing my appetite so much is my antiseizure medication I started taking. Good news its working so far but I will not gain back anymore of the weight I lost. It is not an option. I lost 21 pounds weighing at 155.4 now im at 161. I refuse to hit 162! I want to weigh 145 pounds and stay there, fit and toned and most importantly HEALTHY. I am just dissapointes because the gym was my "Me" time and now I have to depend on someone else to take me on their time not my own and my own time. I at the mercy of everyone else after driving for nearly a year. I never thought that on my 17th birthday I wouldnt be able to go somewhere by myself. Its very frustrating. But I will persevere, its what I do best because ever since I remember, ive had particularly bad luck with these kinds of things but ive always been able to make it work. Now its just particularly difficult.
