No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Time to put my foot down, I'm tired of eating junk food and crying five minutes later. I'm going to start eating the RIGHT way and going my FOUR days a week again. I'm desperate to get out of the 180s... I need to get myself and bad cravings. I believe with me eating right, going to the gym and you guys and your advice. I would be at my goal weight in no time. I'm so done with the eat junk and cry marathon! A lot of people have gatherings and parties in the near future and I want to look GREAT! Summer 13 is around the corner and me and that bikini will be bestfriends. I'm not hiding out this summer, I will do things I love and try out new things. Prove those that looks down on me wrong! Ones that doesn't support me even wronger (if that's a word)
Gosh that feel good to get out, I needed to rant to someone but myself!
Please comment (advice,etc)
Comment by Kaki Bennett on January 27, 2013 at 10:48pm I do all the shopping, so I am making a change..no more candy "for my kids" If it is not in the house I cant eat it. Maybe remove the temptation. I know how hard it is, but dont give up. All the best to you!
Comment by Cindy on January 27, 2013 at 11:29pm I agree with Kaki. I just can't keep junk food around the house and do all I can to not buy it if I'm out.
Hang in there.
I can tell you--and others here can also--that once you eat good foods for a while, when you DO eat junk, your body won't like it. And if/when you do eat junk, your body will actually CRAVE the good healthy stuff the way your body craves the unhealthy stuff now.
My advice would be to research. Research foods--what's good for you and why it's good for you--so you'll be more open to eating it. Research SUPERFOODS and aim to make good choices 80% of the time. Trying new foods will make your upcoming meals more exciting because of trying new things. Also, consider signing up for a free site like myfitnesspal or thedailyplate because they will give you guidance as to how many calories you should intake and it also keeps track of your fiber, sodium, fat, etc. Sort of points you in the right direction and gives you that guidance you need.
Hang in there! :)
