No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I just stepped on the scale and I'm 135 lbs! Last time I was 129 lbs. I started working out and I gained 6 lbs? Must be all those late night eatings. OK, time to get my eating in check!
Or maybe to try something new? Like a new way of approaching things like myfitnesspal, ww points, southbeach or whatever seems to work for you?
I find the reason I gain weight is I get lazy about calorie counting and allowing too much fat in my diet.
