Friday weigh in: 152.4lbs, meals planned

Today will be successful. I am counting down the weeks until I go to Seattle and I have 7 weeks and 3 days! I am so excited!!! I will reach my goal by the time August 20th rolls around. Today my momma is coming over to spend the day with the kids and I, and we are planning on going out for lunch. I have my lunch planned and I have already journaled and tracked my points. Because I haven't worked out yet, I am going to do it this afternoon after mom goes home. I will be walking for 45 minutes on the treadmill while watching tv.

 

Food! Here it is:

breakfast: coffee w/1% milk, splash of creamer-4

1/2 cup oats-2

1/2 cup blueberries-1

 

snack: yogurt-2

 

lunch: mimi's salad chicken and fruit: 8

 

snack:yogurt-2

 

dinner: veggie burger-4

orowheat double fiber english muffin-1

green beans-0

 

total points: 22

workout: 45minutes walking on treadmill at 3.5mph, approx 200 calorie burn.

water goal: 1 gallon

Curious---the oats--is that cooked or uncooked amount?
