No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I am reading a book called Food Rules by Michael Pollan.  Boils down to : Eat Food, not too much mostly plants.  I am enjoying it so far. Fast read.  Funny this week I am also eating a lot of homemade black bean curry soup look I am already following all the rules!!!! yay me!

I've heard of Michael Pollan. Black Bean Curry soup sounds wonderful. Is it an easy recipe?

Michael Pollan is wonderful, and food rules is a great thing to read occasionally as a refresher. It's a pretty manageable way of thinking about eating. Good job following the rules!

I love that book!  His food rules pretty much describe how I eat.  I don't look at them as "rules" per se as I don't want to be bound by rules; however when I'm planning meals and shop I'm definitely on the lookout for real food and get LOTS of plants and pay attention to portions.  

Please send the black been curry soup recipe.  That sounds delicious!
