Food journal for 07/06/11 and 08/06/11

So much for trying to eat well..Iam eating well but a few bits of junk does seem to figure..Iam not liking it however I hope recording everything I put into my mouth will finally help me cut the crap!

 

13/06

 

Breakfast:

 

2 slices of seeded bread buttered

1 cup chai

 

Snack:

1 MvVites Digestive biscuit

A handful of crsips (Which were fried :()

 

Lunch:

1 cup Tamarind Rice

Bottle guard curry

 

Snack:

1 Pear 

Dinner

4 Whole meal Chapatis

1 cup yellow moong dal

 

See that is a lot of food..I just seem to fell hungry can't stop myself with lesser.

Breakfast:

Snack:

1 packet of potato chips + 3 bourbob biscuits (Sheesh) 

Lunch:

1 cup Lemon Rice

Beets and Coconut curry

1 37.5 g pack of Quavers

 

Snack:

1 Apple

 

Dinner

4 Whole meal Chapatis

1 cup yellow moong dal
