No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I am so sick of diet food. There are no replacements for nachos, or burrito supremes, or chili dogs and these are the things that I have really been craving. Since I cannot have those foods, i'm finding it very hard to motivate myself to eat anymore. Bland in comparison to all the things listed, the food just is so unappealing and the thought of it just completely depletes my appetite. I know this is a life style change and all but I find myself thinking how this is gunna work for the rest of my life. That's why it's been so easy for me to "forget" to eat here lately. Of course whenever I skip meals then coincedentally I have no energy to exercise. It's just one big messy cycle. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. So here goes, guess I should start thinking about what I'm gunn make for dinner, bleeeeeh!
I am not sure how long you've been eating healthier, but you will find in time that your cravings will subside for junk. You'll actually begin to crave healthy foods. Just stick with it..

Part of the problem is the feelings of deprivation that you have.
Maybe you should consider a weight loss plan that you can have eat anything!

Comment by Jessica Green on September 6, 2012 at 9:38am Yeah I've been thinking about modifying this diet but so far it's worked so well. I'm afraid if i change up diets than i will gain weight back or it won't work period nd all the hard work i've put into it so far would go out the window. Im on the 800 calorie diet for the morbidly obese. I am morbidly obese, when I started I was at 266 and i'm down to 229 I'v also plateaued out it seems, i'm stuck at the 229 even after adding running to my exercise. i'm thinking that maybe it';s because i've been skipping meals on an already really low calorie diet. Any foods that ya'll really like that maybe I could try?
