No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Well tomorrow is weigh in day and I know I am going to be up from where I was last week. I got a really nasty cold on Thursday, fever/aches and all, and I have not had the energy to get those workouts done (or get anything else done, really!) Today is the first day I feel normal enough to clean and do laundry, so I am counting today as a good day! I am excited for dinner tonight and wanted to post my food diary :-)
Breakfast: milk with coffee-2 WWP's
orowheat double fiber english muffin-1
lunch: ear of grilled corn <yummy>1
chicken breast leftover grilled from the night before-whole thing...8pts?
Dinner!! I am excited to make kebabs! I haven't made these in forever and have been having a lot of fun grilling :-) I have the steak marinating in worchestershire sauce and spices and some oil...it's gonna be so good!!!
sweet potato, half of one ( I am going to grill these too! They are so good!)-2
