No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I ate well today and stayed on plan. I wasn't going to go to the gym. I was tired and just wasn't feeling it for some reason. I worked late and got home after 6 and was pretty hungry. My husband told me the gas guys didn't come today so we had no gas which meant no hot water. I heated up the leftover taco meat in my electric skillet and ate 2 tacos for an early dinner. Then I started squirming thinking about a freaking cold ass shower when it's already kind of cool and rainy outside. Then I also remembered it's Monday and the best spinning class of the week was happening. I still had 2 hours before the class and thought I would be OK but it was really not fun. My stomach really hurt and I had a hard time getting through this killer class. But I did it. I finished, got a hot shower and still have stomach cramps. Lesson totally learned never to do that again. Ugh.
Breakfast: coffee, oatmeal, almond milk, applesauce, cinnamon (350)
Snack: 1 apple (70)
Lunch: big salad w/ feta, tuna in water, lite balsamic dressing (~350)
Snack: 1 high protein snack (135), a few spoonfuls of baba ganoush (~100)
Dinner: 2 homemade tacos made w/ 2 flour tortillas (280 - ugh) + 3/4 c ground beef (~400)
Snack: probably not; feel like crap
Exercise: Spinning class - 50 min - cals burned - a lot
