No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Oh my, we've been having some fun! Yesterday was spent swimming (both pool and ocean) and then shopping in the downtown area where I used to live. Today we took a trip to Shell Key to find some seashells, but were disappointed since the shelling there was no better than the shelling on the beach where we are staying. Oh well, $50 spent on the boat ride, but at least we did something a little different. Then we hit up the resort pool and swam.
Now we are on our way to do some more sightseeing/shopping in a tourist-y area called John's Pass. :)
Here's yesterday's and today's meals:
B: 1/2 order of Croissant french toast w/orange marmalade (only ate 1/2 of that) and a coffee w/cream and sugar
L: 1/2 sandwich and 3 fudge stripe cookies
Snack: 3 more fudge stripe cookies
D: 20 pizza rolls and 3 more cookies (see a trend here? this is why I don't buy processed foods!)
B: 1/2 order sausage gravy and biscuit w/egg; coffee w/cream and sugar
L: 1 turkey and cheese sandwich; 3 fudge stripe cookies
Snack: pina colada by the pool
D: another frozen drink and a blackened chicken wrap w/no sauce---I am pre-planning a meal while on vacation!!! :)
At least with all the swimming and walking, I am getting in some movement with all my eating.
