No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Ok, I had a 3pointsomething pound weightloss this week :) That was with a 5 day work schedule
Did a total of points ate & activity points burned...numbers were great...the surprise I was eating on average 40 points a day...boy my night job is very activity point burning...average activity points earned a day 13...I ended the week with a total of 41 points saved.
This week I only work 3 days...so I will have to watch my points more closely
I am almost back to my weight 2 months ago when I dropped WW because of my new job. By the end of May I should be back to that number...it's 4:40 am and my brain can't remember it.
Ok, back to bed...hopefully hubby is done snoring...I have to be up and moving in 1 hour 15 minutes. Long 30 hour stretch coming up...taking care of Grandma for the day, race back home (1hour drive) to pick up my car from repair shop, maybe a 2 hour nap (dought it), then to work a 10pm to 7am shift, if I'm still function stop at church 8am to help with some outside spring clean-up, then drop my daughter off at a friends house, so maybe back to bed by noon for a 3 hour nap...then up and plant the tomatoes/garden work...I'm exhausted already....
meant to title First week back at WW
Comment by Almost There on May 18, 2012 at 10:27am Wow! I am usually so exhausted I can barely move if I earn 8 activity points in a day. I know you have to go with whatever works for you, but I find that if I don't eat at least my daily points and my activity points, then my weight loss stalls out. By my calcs you only used 8 of your weeklies--so you should have plenty of wiggle room even if you don't earn quite so many AP's.
I don't know what one point equals...I just us the guide in the book to choose the point level....my job is very physical...stocking shelves for 8 hours....mainly grocery...so there is alot of bending, twisting, lifting, pulling, and pushing...
Comment by Almost There on May 19, 2012 at 11:01am It depends on your activity level and weight--but an easy "back of the envelope" calculation is about 2 points for a half hour of moderate activity for someone 110 to 180 lbs, 3 points from 190 to 250 lbs. Moderate activity is at a level where you do sweat, you can still talk, but you can't sing
In a few months, you will have so many great tomatoes!
