No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
So, I was right about the scale- haha. Just up one pound this week to 187... But I was able to exercise over two hours every single day (except Saturday because my husband took me to the movies!) I am noticing a HUGE change in how I am feeling lately. It seems like I am finally dependant on these workouts. Everyday that I work out, I feel better and my mood is always so positive. Also, some of my tighter workout clothes are fitting a little better! This is exciting stuff (for me, anyway!) and I certainly have all the motivation I need right now!
I am really happy I have the next two days off from work. I am about to make my LONG To-Do List. Top priorities include exercise (of course!), cleaning around the house, and going through ALL of my clothes. I just realized last week that even with the clothes that don't fit me I still have waaay too much stuff. Time for that annual trip to Goodwill... :-)
It's always a cool feeling when you DON'T exercise and you miss it--or you eat unhealthy for a day and you miss the healthy stuff. :)
Exercise is my mood lifter. If I have a crappy day at work, when I get home I just push play. An hour later I am in much better spirits. Keep it up. The scale will catch up with the good work you're doing.
