No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
So yesterday I actually got a fantastic workout in. I walked to pick my three yr old up from school with my 1 yr old in her stroller. It's a mile walk that I really only takes about 25 min and I somehow stretched it out to be over an hour walk, there and back. It was glorious! The sun and fresh air were exactly what I needed. I can't believe I even got a walk in.
My day did not start out how I planned. I meant to walk after I dropped my 3 yr old off and one thing after another kept coming up. Finally after everyone else had been taken care of I got me time. Maybe that's just what I have to except. I take care of everyone else before I take care of myself and in doing so I get to find my own piece of time. That walk hit me with some new endorphines and it's been a lovely high that I've missed.
I hope to get another walk in tomorrow, and maybe even a run. We'll see what the day brings!
Sounds like you really enjoyed the walk and took it all in---like it was just the experience for you and hardly seemed like exercise-yet you got some-and that was so great to you that combined with that feeling plus your endorphins made it totally awesome! :)
