Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

That is how my day / week has been. I am suppose to be journaling my food  but that went out the window because my little one's sinus issue took a turn for the worse. He is suppose to be getting surgery to remove his adenoids this Friday but hopefully his fever will go away. If not we have to wait until next week. But the kicker is that it is his adenoids that are keeping him sick because they are blocking 85% of his drainage passages...sigh.. It is like a sad cycle especially for a 3 year old. I am just going to pray his fever goes down enough for him to get the surgery.

Now back to my eating; I am a stress eater. I realize now that I need to have my foods/ snacks pre-packed so I won't go down a crazy emotional eating path. I also won't have any stress trying to figure out what to feed the healthy people while the sick people recover.

Do the best you can. :)

Maybe when things aren't so stressful, you can find ways to deal with stress other than eating? (like meditating, yoga, or anything else)  When you're in the middle of it all, it's not a great time to attempt that. :P
