No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Today was bad weather. Two low pressure fronts collided here in Upstate NY and when the low pressure fronts come, I get bad headaches. It really stinks.
I woke up with the headache when my friend called to say we were cancelling our morning walk because of the rain. Blah. I still had to get up to have breakfast and start school. Took some sinus headache medicine, tried to lay down but the neighbors decided to race their 4-wheelers up and down our road in the pouring rain. So no sleep. By 6pm it was finally easing up.
Despite the headache and not walking this morning like usual, I made really good food choices today. After dinner I asked my husband if he wanted to workout with me rotating on "The Rack" (I really dislike working out in the evening--he loves it.) So we did 5 minute shifts one on the Rack one doing other things--abs, etc. We both decided later that we each pushed ourself harder with the other one there. And it was another switch up in my routine--I'm certain it will help bust the rut I'm stuck in soon.
So all in all it was a good day.
