No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Well, this week I actually put conscious effort into my food intake (aka - diet aka - health eating) - I just weighed for WW and also a DietBet check in and I'm down 3.2 this week (I'm weighing in with the same type of clothes I wore for the initial DietBet weigh in). Work was over the top yesterday, so lunch I just had a Zone protein bar and an apple and was STARVING when I left. So once I got off the highway, I pulled into a McDonalds, I was the 2nd car and waiting close to 10 min, finally the guy started to take the order of the car in front of me and I just pulled away (bye bye fillet of fish meal) - all the way home (I had about another 30 min in the car) I couldn't think of what I wanted (I need to hit the store for stuff at home) so I pulled into Subway once I got close to home (I've got an hour drive), inhaled when I got home and tracked my points (yay, I was right at my limit) - and just brushed my teeth and called it a night on the eating front. If I would of gotten the McDonald's I'd have eating while driving, then probably stopped at 7-11 close to home and gotten m&m's - so I beat the triggers of stress (just one meal) - maybe I'm coming around the bend. Have a great weekend!

Comment by Cindy on January 12, 2013 at 10:46am Victory! Congratulations! It's always the best feeling when afterwards you can say that you thought through a situation and resisted temptation.
Great job of self control!
Comment by Connie Peters on January 12, 2013 at 4:50pm it's made today better too - trying to redirect my thinking!
Comment by Sue on January 12, 2013 at 8:01pm Great job on the weight loss and bravo for pulling out of the McDonald's line. I don't know many people who would have done that! Way to go Connie!
