Day 3 of working out and eating right! It shows on the scale down to 179 lbs~ I cant wait to hit 178...I hit 179 a while ago but gained like 4 lbs right after that...wtf right? lol
Love my scale,love getting on it daily. I remember now that is the motivation I need! I had that thing shoved in my bathroom closet for 2 weeks at least..bad idea.
Had subway today...tasted awesome and I dont feel guilty. lol Pretty good mood also..I know that is from not feeling so shitty about not working out and eating CRAP food! Hopefully I can stick to this ....19 lbs to go until I hit my mini goal.
