No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Here's my day today:
Woke up to pouring rain, so I went back to sleep--there was no way I could run in lightning and a downpour. So I got up in time to get ready, make my lunch and breakfast, and head out the door for my meetings this morning. I had two meetings before I started teaching. At the end of school, I had cheer practice, then I went with hubby to the gym. UGH I HATE THE TREADMILL! I only did a little over 1.5 miles because it was like a freakin' sauna in there! It almost hurts to run on a treadmill, but it doesn't hurt at all to run on the roads. Weird.
We just got back from the grocery store and I'm currently waiting for dinner to heat up: a rotisserie chicken and baked sweet potatoes
Here's the meal plan for today:
B: 2 c. coffee w/ 2 tbsp Smores creamer; chocococonut granola bar
L: 1 serving chicken and dumplings; 1/2 c. frozen raspberries (not so frozen by lunchtime)
Snack: 1 Honeycrisp apple
D: 1 c. rotisserie chicken meat; 1 sweet potato with 1 tsp butter, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon
If I'm still hungry, I will have 2 1/3 oz of the candy-popcorn I made on Sunday. I will still stay within my points (counting my activity points) if I do so.
Hope all of you are doing great! I'm trying to keep up with everyone as best as I can. If I don't comment on your page, it's not because I don't care; it's probably because I just didn't see that you had posted and I'm often in a hurry!
