No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

After two weeks i went to ww meeting and i discovered that i gained 1.6. Wasnt really a discovery...my family is visiting,summer etc all kindof excuses..what can i do!!! Feel bad,sad..

We all seem to get derailed when we vacation. Don't beat up on yourself. Brush off and start over again.
