No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
disappointment .... comes from not losing enough when you are working so hard! In the past two and a half weeks I have ONLY lost .8 lbs ... now I know people will say hey that is going in the right direction ... but I have been working out 5x a week and eating my points or less ... i should see more weight coming off!
week 7 - .2
week 8 - .6
I just don't get how some people can lose 2lbs in a week ... what else can I do? how do I pick myself up from this? I did not even cheat once this week? please help me get through this disappointment !!!
