No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Yesterday I had my little meltdown - when I blogged "yo yo". I let my husband know just how frustrated I was and how much I need help and motivation when it comes to eating and exercise. For the first time EVER he stepped up and said "Are we going walking or swimming after I get home from work?" Not "Do you want to?" or "Do you feel like it?"
So we went to a park where I love walking. It was soooo hot we were the only ones there. But I was prepared for it with lots of water and sweat towels and even a bottle with water to spray myself off after!! I am happy to say we walked for 40 minutes--2.25 miles, even in the heat, with hand weights! It felt really good to get over that little emotional hurdle with him. I'm just hoping it "Sticks" LOL.
I also have a friend I confided in yesterday and she has about the same amount of weight to lose as I do (100). She was so supportive. Sometimes I think I shortchange myself because I am not willing to share my feelings with the people I love.
