No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
First day on this blog curious to see if this helps curb the eating...i started WW on saturday-so first week in. 160.2 on their scale and 160.4 on my scale so about the same. i started a daily food journal that i take with me everywhere and have decided to be honest...hahaha maybe that will help too :) Also decided to incorporate herbalife shakes 2 times daily with some of their supplements. curious to weigh in with them on saturday again- i have never stuck to anything except WW when i am eating healthy-it just keeps me making really good choices and staying accountable for every bite i eat. i am a "biter" a bite her-a bite there-never a whole big meal at once which ends up being more calories at the end of the day because they are not all good bites of food!!! some cookies...some chips...an apple...a soda...not a nutritious way to eat under the guise of dieting"
i came across roni's website on sunday as i was gearing up for my new life plan and philosophy-i love how real she is and honest about her eating etc. i hope i can get to that point soon and stop hiding my food issues from myself.
biggest prob right now is sugar addiction. something i have been fighting all my life. taking a supp called Cinnulin seems to curb the waves a bit but its still there-having worst period in a long while do to major over sugar eating-mostly candy corn pumpkins this time-2 big bags in less than 2 weeks-that'll teach me to send DH out for a small snack-he is the worst. he still doesnt realize that i WILL eat it all!!!! i have NO control if it is in my house :( just cannot buy it.
