Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Did good today, but like yesterday I'm hungry... Bah! I may still have something to eat, but i'm not sure yet.

I had to cancel my gym plans for tomorrow; we got our second opinion and he thinks we should get the MRI for Patches asap. He and the MRI place had an opening tomorrow at 8:45. Now we have to leave more then an hour earlier then that to fight Bay Area traffic. I see Starbucks in my future! I will try and get something in tomorrow for activity, if not, Saturday for sure.

Very little to report here, staying on plan and feeling good.

My new favorite snack that totally fills me up and is completely healthy yogurt (vanilla low fat) fresh strawberries chunked and slivered almonds!! I LOVE it! I actually chose this over my fav brownie chocolate trifle! You should try it
