A good day with eating and exercise. I feel really good. Not much to say so I will just post my menu
Breakfast Banana w/1 tablespoon peanutbutter
Cran/Bran Vita Top
1 Date
Snack 3 oz red grapes
4 slices of apple
Lunch Leftover Tofu,Mushroom,Pepper Stirfry(last nights dinner)
1 lefse w/red pepper hummus
3 oz carrots
Snack 3 oz raw sugar snap peas
2 Plain Quaker rice cakes
Snack Pure Bar (Chocolate Brownie)
Dinner Sweet Potato/Red Lentil Dal with baby spinach
