I had a good day. If I can just keep it up. I had a really low cal day and I did great with my Insanity workout. Only 1 week from completion. Yeah for ME! I need to get this eating thing down. I wish I could be as consistent with my eating as I am with exercise. I will do this. I've got to think more positive. My gratitude entries.
1. I am grateful I had a better day today then I did yesterday
2. I am grateful it is Friday!!
