Day 5 1st official Family Game Night

My family has had family game night for years now. My boyfriends family wanted to start having family gatherings more often and he told them about a typical game night at my house and they thought it was a great idea! Well my boyfriend works Saturdays 12 hours shift sooooooo, I had to do EVERYTHING! Don't get me wrong it was not hard work to to the shopping and prepare all the food but it was not easy doing it alone! I had his youngest son with me and had to bring him shopping with me. He is not as helpful as the other children so the shopping took longer than expected and we got caught in a TORRENTIALLLLLLL down pour. Like stuck in the store it was raining so bad down pour. OK enough of the not so good parts!

We played Guesstures which is like charades and Farkle which is a dice game! Both were a huge success. Super fun and a lot of laughs!

Due to the busy afternoon I had of cleaning and cooking and cleaning again I was not hungry so that helped me! I had a little bit of ground turkey black bean and pepper nachos and a little bit of a chocolate truffle I made. I had one glass of wine and felt great at the end of the night!

Over all super fun night!!
