No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I took the day off from work. I had to bring my car in for repairs and I had an extra vacation day so why not? Not the best way to spend a day off, but at least it is done. Since I stayed home I did my Insanity workout in the morning. It was a nice change, but  it was just as grueling! I am feeling much better these last few days. I found a really helpful site, actually Cindy found it, and I really like it. Gave me a new perspective on this diet thing. It is also the site for the unprocessed food challenge posted by Roni. I really like this guys eating rules and am planning to incorporate them into my lifestyle. He has made some excellent points on his posts. As for my gratitude entries

How cool that you did insanity! I was just talking to another woman today who does it 3 times a week and she looks great. I would like to get it but it is kind of pricey so I might have to wait until Christmas. Thanks for the eating site, I will have to check it out!

And you DO have the stamina.  That's because you are awesome and you keep with this because it really is a lifestyle change.  :)

Thanks for the link, I will definitely check it out. I am always in need of perspectives on how to eat properly. Days off RULE!! I took Monday off too.
