No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I took the day off from work. I had to bring my car in for repairs and I had an extra vacation day so why not? Not the best way to spend a day off, but at least it is done. Since I stayed home I did my Insanity workout in the morning. It was a nice change, but it was just as grueling! I am feeling much better these last few days. I found a really helpful site, actually Cindy found it, and I really like it. Gave me a new perspective on this diet thing. It is also the site for the unprocessed food challenge posted by Roni. I really like this guys eating rules and am planning to incorporate them into my lifestyle. He has made some excellent points on his posts.
