No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Tonight I have to bake 3 cakes for an event tomorrow. Then tomorrow I need to cook taco stuff for 30 people. Plus, regular cooking for family in between.
Don't you just wish you could give up food like people give up other addictions?
I remember a story that I posted a long time ago here, when I first started blogging about 8 years ago (different account then...wish I had kept it...probably should read what really helped and hurt me back then in my weight loss journey). Anyway, the story was from a WW leader that had gained her weight back and was back at the meetings. She told us about how people view addiction as a tiger in a cage. Addiction is like a dangerous animal. The cage represents getting that addiction under control. BUT, she said, food addiction means you have to take that tiger out of the cage 3 times a day (or more)...and then get it back in the cage...every single day of your life. I know my tiger HATES its cage.
Good luck to us all!
