No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Insanity is kicking my butt. Last 3 DVD's involve more drills that involve more muscle work. It is quite different from last month. I still have to learn the routines. More like a boot camp thing. So far I think I liked last month better. Keeping diets in control and snacking at work is getting resolved. Instead of avoiding the unpleasant tasks I just take a deep breath and dive in. Gets it over with quicker and I forget to eat to avoid. One other thing I've taken from the Bob Greene book I am reading is each day journal 2 things I am grateful for. They do not need to be different. They just need to be positive so I will feel happier which is a goal. So today 2 things are:
1. I am grateful I have a good marriage
2. I am grateful for the beautiful sunny day we had. I went outside at lunchtime.
