I gain 1 lb this week :(
So I had a few parties to go to which lead me to stray from my somewhat strict diet. I my no means over indulge but had some sweets. What I didn't take into consideration is the need to avoid cardio for a few days because of knee pain. So I'm not too concerned I just need to step up cardio. Easy right?!? Yes and no, when I was a kid I hurt my foot jumping off "big rock" into the water I went all the way down and hit the bottom. I never went to the doctor but I was on crutches with a big swollen foot for a while...ok back to the point MY FOOT IS KILLING ME!! I've iced it elivated it and took ibuprofen. It almost feels like my sock rolled down and I'm walking on it but when I feel my foot there is nothing there. Not sure if that made sense but point is no exercise for me. Taking it easy last time really helped my knee do hopefully this is all I need.
Unfortunately I must put an "X" on my workout calendar ... No smiley face and this makes me sad. If the foot is better in the am I'll workout at the gym in the am and take a walk with kiddos after school.
